Mediterranean Eats and Butchery – Authentic Turkish Döner & Fresh Halal Meats in Woodbridge, VA

Having spent the last 6 years living in Europe, and knowing what a great authentic Donar should taste like, this is the closest we’ve found in the United States. New restaurant, not even sure how we found it…but so glad we did. Got our order to-go, but no hesitation to serve us some Turkish tea while we waited. An absolute must try!! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I absolutely love this place and wish we'd have found it sooner. My husband is addicted to their food and tries to eat there daily, including today. Best Mediterranean food in Northern Virginia and their prices are very affordable. The place is in a small and new strip mall that's behind the Dollar Tree on Hoadley rd. If you're in the Woodbridge or Manassas area, treat yourself to a mouth watering meal at Mediterranean Eats & Butchery

Visited twice now and haven’t been disappointed. I’ve tried both the chicken and beef/lamb proteins over a salad and then a box meal. Ingredients are fresh, meats are tender and flavorful. Even the fries are seasoned really nicely and is a welcome change to your average lunch joint. The place is bright and clean. You are greeted with how good the meats smell roasting on the vertical spit. They also are a butcher shop that offer fresh and frozen halal meats. Definitely a regular place for me and my coworkers to return to. Pricing is reasonable considering the portion size and quality of the food. You won’t leave hungry!

I had such a great experience here! The food was fresh, tasty, and the portions were really generous. You definitely won’t leave hungry. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend if you’re craving a good Turkish döner!

A new place opened, so we decided to give it a try and it was totally worth it! Delicious Turkish food, great flavors, and a really enjoyable experience. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. The only down side was they charged us double for the soda. The price they have it in menu is different what they charged us.

I lived in Germany and Austria and my most favorite street food was always döner kebabs. Sadly its been super hard to find anything at all here in Northern Virginia that hits the spot - until NOW. This place is amazing! I had the beef and lamb wrap and my son had the chicken wrap. The were both fantastic - although the beef lamb one is very lamb-y so if you're not a fan of lamb, go for the chicken. I love lamb though so this was fine for me. The selection of toppings and sauces is impressive. I had the orange sauce and garlic sauce - the garlic sauce was like heaven. It was creamy yet lite and so delicious. I want to put it on literally everything I eat from now on. The fries have a lovely paprika seasoning. The couple working there were super friendly and kind. We will definitely be frequenting often even though we don't live super close, its worth the drive!

EPIC! This is a real spot! I have never eaten doner kebab like this in the states before. It feels like I am in the best doner spot in Istanbul. Generous portion, their meat is delicious! They are clean and nice. Thats my favorite spot now. I will see how tasty the other kebabs they offfer. Absolutely recommend!

I tried the beef and lamb plate and it was incredible! The meat was perfectly cooked tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really taste the mix of beef and lamb in every bite. The grilled pita was soft with a nice smoky char, and the sides were fresh and tasty especially the onions, feta, and veggies. Everything came together beautifully, and the portion was more than generous. Easily one of the best Mediterranean plates I’ve had around here!
